Incredible thermal rating and low Thermal Conductivity (less than 1 W/mK @ 1000 deg C) Ultra low thermal expansion co-efficients (less than 0.23% @ 1500 deg C) make this material a game changer in todays hi-tech wood stoves. Outlives silicate based vermiculite 10:1 also outlives conventional steel baffle plates 5:1.
